Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this full-time position, you will create and manage digital marketing campaigns, ensure consistency in our brand messaging, and optimize our online presence across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email and social media strategies.
  • Manage and maintain the credit union's website and social media channels to promote services and brand messaging.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess marketing performance on websites and social media platforms.
  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics to evaluate success and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all digital platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or relevant experience (minimum of 2 years).
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and digital marketing platforms.
  •  Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a creative mindset and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various projects simultaneously.
  • Skill in identifying, attracting, and engaging target audiences effectively.

Teller position available at our Weston location:

Tellers are usually the first person a member encounters when they enter our offices. They need a friendly, helpful person to answer their questions, complete their financial transactions, and provide them with products and services. This position also requires the performance of back-office duties, including the use of skills in balancing, counting, and other financial procedures.
