Online or Mobile Applications
When you apply through our website for a loan or employment, we collect the personal information needed to complete your request. The personal information we collect varies depending on the application type but can include name, address, phone number, birth date, Social Security number, email address, employment and financial information, etc. Information provided through these online applications is securely transferred to the Credit Union.
How We Use Your Information
The information you provide is primarily used to complete loan requests or to access services you request, such as CU-Online home banking or our mobile banking app. We may also use your personal information to provide you with important information and products and services that you have or are using, including security risks and updates. Additionally, we may send you information about Credit Union products and services we believe may be of interest to you.
If you complete an employment application, we may use the information to contact you about a current or future position available at the Credit Union. If you no longer wish to be considered for employment with us, please contact us using one of the methods below.
Who We Share Your Information With
We limit the use of your personal information and require privacy protections in our business relationships. We do not sell your information, whether you are a Credit Union member or not. We may share your personal information when required by law, or with third parties that perform functions or marketing on our behalf.
Cookies

A cookie does not store personally identifiable information or sensitive information. We use “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of our website across devices. We use the Remarketing and AdWords features of Google Analytics. The Remarketing feature allows us to serve you relevant advertising on third party websites if you have visited our website, but does not personally or directly identify you. AdWords allows us to manage our advertising and collect information about your visit to our website. Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ad Settings found at www.google.com/settings. Cloverbelt Credit Union does not use its website to knowingly collect, maintain or use personal information about children under age 13. If a child whom we know to be under age 13 sends personal information to us online, we will only use the information to respond directly to that child, notify parents or seek parental consent.
Updates to Our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this policy, we will change the “Last Updated” date at the end of this policy. Any changes we make to our Privacy Policy are effective as of this Last Updated date and replace any prior Privacy Policies.
